We have received funding for the first phase of the BATESIAN project from Austria’s Ministry of Culture.

We are using this money to pay for the first steps of this project, which includes flying in the authors to the writer’s summit in Vienna in February 2012.

Recently, we have received lots of positive feedback from other funding bodies and production companies. So, while it’s still to early to talk numbers, we are optimistic that we will be able to get this film produced, with a combination of public, private and crowd funding (which will be starting soon).
